When I went to the Dead Sea, again, on Thursday the 10th, I noticed a small plane parked at an airstrip across the highway from Massada. It was built in the late 50s to allow for quick travel from Jerusalem to Massada when you had to drive for many hours through Beer Sheva and Arad to get to the mountain.

So, an airstrip with a Cessna 172M on it. Could I take flight in Israel? Did I bring my log book with me? Could I fly at 0 altitude (or lower) from the lowest airstrip in the world? Could we fly at a relative height LOWER than just about any submarine in the ocean?

All I can say is there's now an entry for 4X-CGI.
